For individuals who have a high level of strength, flexibility and body awareness. The focus is challenging strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination through use of small equipment and increased repetition.

Intermediate

9.50am - 10.50am MONDAY

Class in Harlton Village Hall

For those who have a solid understanding of basic Pilates movements and can maintain good form and alignment. Building core strength, balance, stability and overall movement quality.

Super Seniors

Class for older adults or those with restricted mobility. Focuses on core strength, balance, posture and flexibility to help reduce the risk of falls and manage pain. Strong emphasis on mind-body awareness and control.

Improvers

Classes to continue learning the key Body Control Pilates exercises and build your strength and stamina, sometimes using small equipment for additional challenge.
