Who is Pilates for All?

Lindsay and Lucy are Body Control Pilates certified teachers, teaching classes in Haslingfield and Harlton on Mondays and Wednesdays. We are also available for one to one sessions to help anyone wanting to get started on their Pilates learning journey or to further develop their core strength, mobility and stability.

WHEN? WHERE?

When classes are held?

Monday mornings, Monday evenings and Wednesday evenings both on Zoom and Face to Face. Private sessions can be arranged during the day, evenings and weekends.

Classes are in blocks of about 6 to ensure you obtain the most out of your Pilates experience. Please see classes pages for more details.

Where can you do Pilates?

Classes are held in the Harlton Village Hall on Mondays and on Zoom and Haslingfield Village Hall on Wednesday evenings. Please look at Classes for more details.

WHo?

Who Can Attend?

Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for all ages and levels of fitness.

Anyone can attend unless their doctor has advised against it.

Before joining a class if you are new to Pilates, you will need to have a 1-to-1 to be taught the basics before being in a class environment.

We are able to teach any adults except pre or post-natal women.

IMPROVERS

A Pilates class for who have been coming to our classes for at least a year or have done some Pilates in the past and wanting to progress their strength and ability.

BEGINNERS/IMPROVERS

Two new classes for either someone new to Pilates or someone who is returning to Pilates having done some Pilates in the past.

Our classes can accommodate mixed abilities.

WEDNESDAY
6.00pm - 7.00pm
ZOOM

IMPROVERS

A Pilates class for people who have been doing Pilates for a while or in the past and wanting to progress their strength and ability.
This class is on Zoom and is a useful catch up for anyone who is unable to attend their usual class.

IMPROVERS

A Pilates class for who have been coming to our classes for at least a year or have done some Pilates in the past and wanting to progress their strength and ability.

WEDNESDAY
8.30pm - 9.30pm
Haslingfield Village Hall

IMPROVERS - MEN

A men only class progressing knowledge of exercises using small equipment to build up core strength and overall joint health.
